7:00pm KFD Cardiac arrest, 5(five)yr male, not conscious, not breathing, CPR started
7:00pm KPD Responding
7:02pm KPD On scene, Male is responsive
7:08pm KPD Additional units continue to go on scene
7:10pm KPD 1 female arrested for warrant out of Kingman, failure to pay: "knowingly, with intent to injury" also another warrant out of Mesa, nonextraditable
7:18pm KPD Others at the residence have nonextraditable warrants as well
